The following is our general fee structure. We may offer alternative fee arrangements for certain cases.*
Personal Injury, Auto Accident and Wrongful Death Cases
For personal injury and auto accident cases, we work on a contingency fee basis. A contingency fee means that we are compensated only when we obtain a recovery for our clients. If we are not successful in obtaining a recovery for our client, we do not get paid.*
Criminal Law
For criminal cases my firm will work on a flat fee or hourly basis.
Employment Law and General Litigation
Our fees for employment matters, general litigation and other legal matters vary on a case-by-case basis, utilizing appropriate contingency, flat fee and hourly fee structures.
